About this role

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our growing team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for building and leading an efficient marketing organization and will lead channel specialists and work closely with the marketing leads in our international offices.

You will make a crucial contribution to the growth and development of our organization with your passion for marketing and online commerce, analytical skills, business acumen and people skills.

Job Responsibilities

You will:

·   Be responsible for the Marketing strategy and manage the department to support EventTrips revenue growth and further development of our local brands as well as the development of our overall brand.

·     Build and retain a high-performing team of online marketing specialists with diverse backgrounds, perspectives and skill sets.

·     Develop and execute advanced marketing campaigns through multiple channels with your team. Spearhead a holistic marketing strategy focused on new customer acquisition and existing customer retention and expansion.

·     Identify and address marketing opportunities to accelerate EventTrips sales & customer retention.

You are/have:

·     5+ years of experience leading a high-performing Marketing team in a fast-growth, e-commerce, or online travel organization.

·    Deep understanding and experience of digital marketing channels and concepts like PPC, SEO and CRM.

·    Experience in offline marketing, as well as marketing and branding partnerships, is a plus.

·    Customer-centric and customer-obsessed, taking pride in knowing the customer and product very well.

·    Detail and results-oriented approach.

·    Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to managing projects and campaigns.

·    Strong social skills

·    Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset

·    Be eligible to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available)
