We have created one-stop-shops; travel booking sites that allow fans to easily book their flight, accommodation in combination with an event ticket.

About this role

Our product team plays a critical role in the growth of our company. We are looking for an experienced product manager to take our booking platform to new levels and guide our continuous improvement mindset. 

The Senior Product Manager plays a crucial role in creating the long-term product vision, driving the ideation, planning and implementation of the new digital products and features, collaborating with our in-house developers and product manager. You are motivated by the interplay of business, technology, user experience, and able to deal with high-level strategic thinking and the complexity that comes with building digital products within the travel space. 

Job requirements

You will:

  • Create the product vision, goals, objectives and KPIs for success

  • Define and deliver the product development roadmap

  • Oversee interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics and data analysis, product launch and product marketing

  • Increase insights on user behaviour and pain points. Identify, measure and improve key customer experience metrics. Promote data-based decision making

  • Continually optimise the product and feature roadmap and manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience and operational support load

  • Manage bottlenecks and resource trade-offs; balance the business needs against technical constraints, and maximise business benefit while building great customer experiences

  • Stay up-to-date with any new technologies, software, best practices and industry insights that can be applied to our product

You are/have:

  • At least 5 years of product management experience. Experience in E-commerce is a prerequisite. Experience in travel is a plus.

  • Able to improve the consumer experience as well as improving internal systems for increased efficiency

  • Believe technology and product teams are critical growth centres to unlock business revenue

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive, ownership, and a belief in teamwork as part of a flat organisation

  • Demonstrated passion for excellence in providing the best consumer experience

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-initiative
