About this role

Our product team plays a critical role in the growth of our company. We are looking for a junior product manager to help taking our booking platform to new levels and guide our continuous improvement mindset.

The Junior Product Manager plays a crucial role in creating the the ideation, planning and implementation of the new digital products and features, collaborating with our in-house developers and our Senior Product Manager. You are motivated by the interplay of business, technology, user experience, and able to deal with analytical thinking and the complexity that comes with building digital products within the travel space.

You will work in tandem with our Senior Product Manager to whom you will directly report to.

Job requirements

You will:

  • Work on delivering the product development roadmap
  • Oversee interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics and data analysis, product launch and product marketing
  • Increase insights on user behaviour and pain points
  • Continually optimise the product and feature and manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience and operational support load
  • Stay up-to-date with any new technologies, software, best practices and industry insights that can be applied to our product

You are/have:

  • At least 1-3 years of product management experience. Experience in E-commerce is a prerequisite. Experience in travel is a plus.
  • Able to improve the consumer experience as well as improving internal systems for increased efficiency
  • Believe technology and product teams are critical growth centres to unlock business revenue
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive, ownership, and a belief in teamwork as part of a flat organisation
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence in providing the best consumer experience
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-initiative
  • EU citizenship or valid visa to work in EU
